Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used pillows, quilts, or bedding products.

How to Initiate a Return

Our customer service team will guide you through the process and arrange a pickup where available.

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund or exchange as per your request.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5β7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. If you opt for store credit, it will be issued within 48 hours of approval.

Exchanges
Weβre happy to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Exchanges follow the same approval process as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
