Refund policy
All purchases made on the website are considered final. We only accept returns if the product you received is defective or damaged, and this must be confirmed by our quality control team. Refunds are not issued in cash or to bank accounts; instead, you’ll receive a FeraFive e-voucher. This e-voucher will be valid for one month and can be used for future purchases on our website. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If your return is approved, your e-voucher will be issued within 48 hours of us receiving the returned item at our warehouse. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to share their bank account details with our team via contact@ferafive.com to process the refund.
In some situations, you may only receive a partial e-voucher. This could happen if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not caused by us, or if the item is returned more than 48 hours after delivery.
For face tools, any return or exchange request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. If you contact us after this time, we won’t be able to help. In the case of receiving an incomplete product, a partially filled order, a damaged box, a used product, or an entirely wrong item, the issue must also be reported within 24 hours. You must provide clear images and videos of the outer and inner packaging, including the product from all sides. If you’ve thrown away the packaging, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process your request.
For skincare products, returns are only accepted if the item is unused, in mint condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Lipsticks cannot be returned or exchanged under any condition.
If you need to cancel your order, you can only do so before it has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued as e-vouchers only.
Note :- Customers who had paid using Snapmint payment mode will get a refund in there original payment mode.
Only items purchased at full price are eligible for refunds. Products bought on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
If you received an item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to them directly.
For any free gifts offered at checkout, please make sure to add the gift item to your cart while placing the order. If you forget to do so, the gift will not be sent later. If you request the gift after the order has shipped, you will need to pay INR 200 to cover the courier charges.
